Welcome to LINK Counselling & Psychotherapy. I’m currently accepting new clients and am here to offer accessible, supportive therapy wherever you live—whether you’re in Orléans, Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, or anywhere in Canada. If you’ve been hoping to begin your therapy journey but keep running into long waitlists or difficulty finding a therapist who has space, you can find timely, client-focused care here.

To help make counselling more accessible, sessions are tax-free and offered at a flat rate, with a limited number of sliding scale spots available between $120 and $160. You’re welcome to contact me directly to request one of these spots or to arrange a free 15-minute consultation if you’d like to connect first. If you'd prefer to book immediately, you can schedule at the standard rate and simply let me know in our first meeting that you’d like to use the sliding scale—I’ll happily adjust your fee.

Driving Directions from Orléans, ON

  1. Head southwest on Innes Rd/Ottawa Regional Rd 30 toward Jeanne D'Arc Blvd S/Mer-Bleue Rd/Ottawa Regional Rd 55 and continue for 1.3 km past George's Meat Shop on the right

  2. Innes Rd/Ottawa Regional Rd 30 turns slightly right and becomes Innes Rd/Ottawa Regional Rd 30

  3. Continue to follow Ottawa Regional Rd 30 past and continue for 8.4 km passing Lifecentre Church on the left

  4. Use the right lane to merge onto Trans - Canada Hwy/ON-417 E via the ramp to Montréal and continue for 2.2 km

  5. Take exit 110 for Walkley Road W/Chemin Walkley O and continue for 800 m

  6. Merge onto Walkley Rd W/Walkley Ext Rd/Ottawa Regional Rd 74 W

  7. Continue to follow Walkley Rd W/Ottawa Regional Rd 74 W and continue for 1.9 km

  8. Once you reach Skinny George's Smash Burgers & cheesesteaks, Turn left onto St. Laurent Blvd and continue for 750 m
