Welcome to Link Counselling & Psychotherapy. I am accepting new clients and providing accessible online therapy to individuals throughout Canada, including major urban centres such as Ottawa, Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver, as well as smaller or rural communities. If you’ve been ready to begin counselling but have faced delays due to waitlists or limited provider availability, support is available here without prolonged waiting.
All counselling sessions are offered as tax-free, flat-rate services, with a limited number of sliding scale options currently available in the $120–$160 range. You’re welcome to reach out to inquire about one of these spaces or book a free 15-minute consultation to learn more. If you prefer, you can also book at the regular rate and request a sliding scale adjustment during your first appointment, which can be accommodated.
